Disclaimer: I am not in any way affiliated with anyone or anything on this list.  Just sharing a few of my favorite things!

Spiritual Encouragement:

Don’t Despise Divinely Mandated Obscurity - This mini-sermon spoke directly to my heart in this season I’m in. I’ve listened to it several times over the past few days.

Verses to Pray When You Need to Be Encouraged - Still trying to do better at incorporating Scriptures into my prayers everyday, and this article is so helpful and encouraging.

The Quiet Power of Ordinary Devotions - I really appreciated this article because many days, my devotions feel very “ordinary.”

Random and Fun:

Hilarious Finalists of the 2020 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards - Hilarious and adorable.

When You Try to Live Your Life Without God - The most accurate meme of all time ahaha.

Take a Virtual Fall Foliage Tour With These Nature Webcams - So cool!

Community Love:

(By the way, none of these people asked me to share their stuff; I’m just giving a shout-out to some awesome people who are out there doing their thing, inspiring and encouraging the rest of us along the way.)

God's Love Leads Us to Repentance - “The moments I let go of my flesh and my old ways of life, God shifted things.”  We don’t often think of God’s love and our repentance being so closely tied together, but they are as Madeleine from My Lamp Blog illustrates with an example from her own life.

How to Trust God When Your Situation Feels Hopeless - “What sustained you in the last season won’t always sustain you in the next. Life doesn’t get easier, but if you submit to the process God will make you stronger.” The title says everything! Loving this most recent dose of encouragement from Tiffanie Butts!

How to Approach Passages in the Bible That Seem to Contradict Each Other - “As you explore the deep and beautiful truths about God, your faith is built and your relationship with him grows stronger. You know him more intimately because you know his word more intimately.” LOVED this thoughtful response from Shanté Grossett.
