September Favorites
Happy End-of-September!
I’m not usually very excited about fall. The shorter days and the decrease in sunshine, along with all the dead leaves and grass.... It just doesn’t “spark joy” for me.
However, this year has been different, and I’m not sure why, but several times I’ve found myself thinking, “What a beautiful fall day!” and looking forward to trying new fall recipes, walking in the cool, crisp air, and maybe even doing some fall baking.
Whatever this new fall feeling is, I’m enjoying it while it lasts!
Here are a few things I’ve enjoyed or that have encouraged me this month…

On how to find inner calm: “Mary recognized that everything has its time. She realized that when Jesus is in the room…whew!…it’s not time to work, but time to sit at His feet and listen. Isn’t it so that when one has realized that Jesus is always present in the room, in our hearts, one works very differently?”
